In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “CRES,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to CRES Marketing Agency, a company registered in Qatar .
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual, business, or entity engaging our services or using our website.
- “Services” refers to the marketing, advertising, digital marketing, branding, or other services provided by CRES.

Scope of Services
- CRES offers a variety of marketing and advertising services. This includes digital marketing, social media management, branding, content creation, website development, and advertising campaigns.
- The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or contract (“Service Agreement”) signed by both parties.
- These Terms apply to all services provided by CRES and are in addition to any specific terms outlined in the Service Agreement. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement will take precedence.
Acceptance of Terms
- By engaging our services, signing a Service Agreement, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals required for CRES to perform the agreed-upon services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or intellectual property provided to CRES does not infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Qatar, including but not limited to advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations.
Fees and Payment
- Fees for our services will be outlined in the Service Agreement or quotation provided to you.
- Payments must be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices are due within [insert number, e.g., 30] days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur a penalty of [insert percentage, e.g., 5%] per month on the outstanding balance.
- All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added to the invoice as required by Qatar law.
- CRES reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in materials, designs, content, or deliverables created by CRES as part of the services remain the property of CRES until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client, subject to the terms of the Service Agreement.
- Any pre-existing intellectual property owned by CRES, including templates, tools, or proprietary processes, remains the exclusive property of CRES and is licensed to the client for use solely in connection with the services provided.
- You grant CRES a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content, logos, or materials provided by you for the purpose of delivering the services.
- CRES retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep any shared information secret. This includes business plans, financial data, and marketing strategies.
- This secret information won’t be shared with others without permission, except when needed by law or for our services.
- Keeping this information secret will continue even after our agreement ends.
Limitation of Liability
- CRES will do our best to provide good services. But we can’t promise specific results like more sales or website visitors.
- We’re not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or data. This includes damages from using our website.
- If there’s a problem, our maximum liability is the fees you paid for that service.
Termination
- Either side can end the agreement with notice or by following the agreement’s terms.
- We can stop services if you break the rules, don’t pay, or do something illegal.
- You’ll still owe us for any services we’ve done before ending the agreement.
- Some parts of these Terms, like keeping secrets, will still apply after we stop working together.
Force Majeure
We’re not responsible for delays or failures if something big happens outside our control. This includes natural disasters or technical problems.
